"Felt scammed when it came to a boiler repair my warranty said was Gas Mannie fault so both Ideal and this company refused to fix a boiler less than three years old. Just bothered to read the response. Yes I got another boiler guy to come and look because you were busy. He looked and said it was a warranty job as the part was broken either before installation or during. He was watched the whole time and the damage you referring to would have taken some effort to do. Finger pointing in all directions with nobody just fixing the useless chunk of metal. So no I will not take down my review. Just had two boiler quotes both saying boiler installed without changing the incorrect pipes underneath."
