Safest Electrical Ltd

"Avoid. they text randomly ie 12.30pm midweek and 11.30pm weekends, poor communication / explanation in general of whats going on etc. They barely answer questions you ask via email/ text. They did the report and didnt tell me it was a fail at the time. i had to wait over a week for certs to then find out it was a fail- i could have made changes in that week whilst i was waiting for the certs. it would be common sense to say - its a fail, you need to do X, Y, Z to fix ! but there's zero feedback.they just send you a cert once you pay the money"

"Safest Electrical were professional, reliable, and truly lived up to their name. The work was done safely, quickly, and to a high standard. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy electrical help."

"Had my fuse board replaced by Safest Electrical Ltd in Aberdeen and the whole process was straightforward and well handled. ✔ Turned up on time ✔ Work carried out efficiently and tidily ✔ Clear explanation of the installation and safety features ✔ Minimal disruption in the flat The new consumer unit was installed to a high standard and everything was left clean and organised afterwards. Professional service overall and a good experience."

"I recently used Safest Electrical Ltd for an EICR inspection on my property and was very pleased with the overall service. The engineer was professional, knowledgeable, and carried out the inspection to a high standard. He worked efficiently and respectfully while my family was at home, being completely non-intrusive throughout the visit. Following the inspection, he was also helpful in guiding me through the necessary remedial actions and provided support to ensure everything was brought up to standard. Communication was clear, and he took the time to review the completed work before issuing the updated report. Overall, a reliable and competent service that I would recommend."

"Excellent service received from Mr Khan and his team. We needed an EICR completed at short notice which they went out of their way to complete very promptly. The remedial work required was also explained clearly, priced very competitively and carried out to a high standard. I highly recommend Safest Electrical. Many thanks."
