"I was recommended this boiler service provider by someone I trust, and at first, everything seemed very promising. He responded quickly, was polite, and appeared genuinely interested in helping. The price he quoted seemed fair at the time, so I agreed to proceed straight away. However, things quickly took a turn. He began missing scheduled appointments without notice. He would promise specific dates and times, but then either cancel last minute or not show up at all—with no communication. There were several instances where I waited at home all day with no updates, unsure if he was going to arrive. When he did respond, it was often a day or more later, and sometimes he wouldn’t respond at all. Despite these issues, I tried giving him another chance, especially because he came recommended. He asked me to send over all the details again and said he’d get back to me. I sent everything as requested, but my message went unread for two weeks—and still, no reply. I’m very disappointed, not just because the work wasn’t done, but because of the lack of professionalism and respect for my time. In the end, I received no service at all, only frustration. After speaking with other companies, I also realized that the price he quoted was actually higher than what others are offering for the same job. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this service based on my experience. Reliability and clear communication are just as important as the work itself, and those were seriously lacking here."

"Ryan turned up when he said he would, he kept in contact with us in the lead up to the job, the communication was very good. The work he and Lewis have done is of high quality and was done within the budget and time quoted. We are highly pleased with the results and have requested quotes for further work to be done at my home. It should be noted that the cost for the replacement bathroom with high quality goods cost less than 50% of what we were quoted by another reputable local company, and this was all down to Ryan pointing us to the right company to purchase our goods from. "Recently had RWM Plumbing complete work at the house. Called and explained the issue and within that same call Ryan had diagnosed the problem and reassured me that it wouldn't cause any damage but would need replaced. Promptly arrived for the appointment the next day and within minutes the job was diagnosed (as he thought), parts swapped out and everything cleaned and tidied before he left. I really liked that he explained what the problem was, why it was an issue and what needed replaced exactly. Excellent service and very fair price as well. I won't be going anywhere else in the future and have recommended him to family and friends already."
