"After having an inspection carried out earlier in the year a few issues were raised and photo evidence provided of the work that needed carried out. I scheduled this work for September but then due to circumstances had to reschedule for October and the team at Richardson and Starling had absolutely no problems accommodating for this change. The work carried out was the guaranteed wood worm treatment, the workers left the property in a clean and tidy manner with the appropriate warning signs stating when we could go back upstairs. Thoroughly impressed and will be using this company again for carrying out the remainder of the repairs!"

"We contacted Richardson & Starling at the start of July about a woodworm problem we were having, and within two weeks we'd had an initial visit, emailed quote and the work had been completed. In fact it would have been within a week if we'd been able to get time off work earlier ourselves! The work itself took only a couple of hours and was handled professionally and courteously by David Paterson, who arrived just after 8 am in the morning to complete the work.
