Steven, who attended, identified the issue, explained the work that he was doing (which to someone who is clueless in plumbing works was really appreciated and provided reassurance about the job too). He sorted the issue and made absolutely sure he was 100% happy with it, plus he gave me some really helpful information about the pipe work in my flat, which I didn’t know before, and honestly, couldn’t have been nicer. That goes for everyone I have spoken to at R&D they have all been so lovely and helpful. I highly recommend!!"
