He came when he said he would, did exactly what he said he would and double checked everything worked before leaving. John able cut and provided extra keys whilst onsite which saved me the time and effort of having to find and go to store. John was also a genuinely lovely guy to talk to whilst he was here. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new lock or to fix an existing one."
