Graeme W Cheyne Builders Ltd

"I’m really happy with the work done on my flat. There were quite a few issues, especially around the kitchen/conservatory area, including cracks and some movement in the structure, plus problems with the drainage and outside walls. I didn’t really understand everything that was going on, but they explained things clearly and made me feel at ease. They fixed the drainage, repaired the cracks and sorted out all the areas that needed attention. The whole team were great throughout, friendly, helpful and clearly took pride in the work they were doing. Everything looks so much better now and feels properly taken care of. It was such a relief to have everything sorted and I’m so pleased with how it all turned out. I’d definitely recommend them."

"Got some building and plastering work done and all of the tradesmen were first class. Left the worksite immaculate too! From first call to completion we are delighted"

"Got Graeme Cheyne to do my valleys on my roof 3 4 march 26. The job was done very badly Tiles not fitting flat, valley not same width , space between tiles. Mess not cleared up. Fag ends left on my property. Concrete stains left un washed. I have contacted Graeme twice and asking that he come and see me and the job. I am stil waiting after more than a month. Not even an appology. I would not recommend him to any of my friends when this is his standard of work and his style of customer care."
