General & Technical Flooring Services Ltd

"If they lay floors like they drive their company branded vans, I would’t want them near my house."

"Bancon construction sent in General and Technical Flooring to me after my new build flat was flooded. They came to my property very promptly, Stuart came and measured up and went through samples with me, although he didn’t have a sample of the same flooring I had down already, he new the exact flooring and shade off of the top of his head which left me rather impressed. He was helpful, kind and professional during a very distressing time for me. He said they would screed all my floors as bacon had left them in quite a mess for a new build, and the boys were in to me the next day to lift the ruined vinyl and screed the floors. When the repairs after my flood were finally complete and I was ready to have my flooring put down - which was a few days before Christmas - Stuart and the team went out of their way to juggle things around to ensure my flat was ready to move in to before Christmas. Stuart and the team went above and beyond the line of duty, I had great communication with Stuart throughout the progress of not only the general repairs to my flat, but the progress of their involvement with it. I only wish they did more than flooring or I may have gotten my repairs done quicker than the 4 months I waited. General and Technical Flooring are nothing short of exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anybody."

"This company advertises online but the contact numbers they give , they dont answer , surely you give opening hours on your website .. at least customers then know not to waste their time on them and look elsewhere .. so literally can’t get in touch … if they’re mot open certain days then decent thing to do is let your potential customers know . No professionalism"

"Very professional technician visited property for a quote"

"Would never recommend. Totally unproffesional."
