"I hired an 8yd skip on behalf of the company I work for for a 6 week construction job. The communication, clarity on pricing, helpfulness and efficiency by EIS has been amazing! "I've felt compelled to write this due to a bit of a problem I've had with EIS. I will say I've hired from them a few times, and the drivers are always great. No damage to property, always friendly etc. However, the price increase of their skip hire is quite surprising. In one year, they have increased their price of the mini skip by 25%, which is shocking. Not only that, but the additional charges they now have are pretty bad too. A warning for anyone that is booking with them, read the additional charges section as you may get stung. It's pretty poor customer service with them hiding a few charges, where they just make up the costs. The last thing I will say is that the people on the telephone, one in particular, has clearly never dealt with people before as she will constantly interrupt you, argue with you and basically tell you that you're in the wrong. It'll be the last time I hire from them."

"One of their vehicles failed to yield at a clearly marked merge-in-turn roadway, resulting in a non-injury RTC. The incident has been reported to the police. The response from the responding "director" involved, was unprofessional and confrontational. I will progress my complaint to the top level of management. This is what the "director" claimed to be."

"The team at EIS (special mention to Tasha) have been fantastic, we use skip services across the whole of the UK and or job would be a lot easier if all waste companies were as efficient as them. We'd have no hesitation in recommending them."
