"Its taken 2 years to complete 2 small bathrooms. Ive found that this company are not competant, sneaky and untrustworthy. Covered up damages,faults and caused structural damages to my home. Multiple visits were carried out (well into double figures) post installation. In the end required help from actual qualified tradesman to get the work done to a reasonable standard. Every item fitted leaked sinks, toilets, baths, showers and radiators. They also cracked a bath and tried to cover it up with silicone.Baths and showers trays were also fitted without batton supports or framing so both had alot of movement. Pipes fitted poorly with no clips or supports. Also among the beyond giant list of issues which are incredible (and to be honest would take me hours to type), they carried out dangerous exposed wiring and cut through a joist in 3 different places to fit a fan and down lighters.You dont need to be a tradesman or even have half a brain to realise how wrong that is. It says alot about a person who can do this to somebodies property and have the audacity to leave it. Its been a horrible 2 years of my life I will never get back. Having this company do work in your property will cause stress, anxiety and will test your family. During this my girlfriend was also pregnant so it was alot for her to deal with. This review is alot tamer than deserved and has many issues not mentioned. To make matters worse this was the owner Derek who carried this out. Cannot recommend avoiding enough. I will look forward to bumping into him or his brother Keith"

"Cowboys Absolute Cowboys. Joke of a company. Stay well away really poor service. They cause bathrooms to leak. Rather than fix the problem they lie and the leave it. One of the worst companies going, should be shut down. Really poor workmanship stay clear."
