"Arrived in under 20 mins to change the gearbox in my door. Also realigned the door and latches so it shouldn't break again. Explained everything he was doing clearly. Great service."

"I'm writing to again say thank you for the prompt and efficient service provided. After months of issues with my doorlock, I was finally blocked out. I contacted A-L24. I was told it would be about 30 mins to get here. It ended up being less. I was quickly back inside my flat. However, I did need the lock, and the barrel changed. The work was completed very professionally. At all times I was kept informed of what I needed and why. When the work was complete, I had everything explained to me, what and how, going forward. Now, to use the lock, and to get in and out of my flat, its like cutting through butter. Its so much easier. Again, thank you very much. Yes, I would recommend and would use this company again."

"Had an issue with a door not locking properly. Contacted Aberdeen Locksmith24 and book an appointment for the following morning. Messaged me before attending to confirm time. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. Quick and efficient, no mess and very great pricing considering it was a holiday weekend. Would recommend."

"Great service Came when stated and after a bit of challenging issues , got the door open so broken part could be replaced Hope I don’t need again, but if I do this company will be my go to and who I recommend to others"

"Came promptly. Explained the problem clearly and what was required. Said a new gearbox was required and he would have to order it. Said needed to take payment up front so he could pay for the part. I said I was not prepared to do that. Agreed on 50%. Said it would be the following day. Called me 1030 next day and said he would be round in 20 mins - was. Fitted new part and improved other aspects of door etc so would work smoothly. Asked us to try door - a huge improvement. Explained what to do to keep it working well for years and what issues to look out for. Said to call him if any concerns. All in all, an excellent service."
